1. Job Description
Planning & Progress Tracking
Support project planning and progress tracking, ensure milestones are completed on time.
Work Coordination
Coordinate work between team members and clients, ensure clear communication.
Requirements Analysis
Collect and analyze client requirements, convert them into specific tasks for the development team.
2. Requirements
Process Knowledge
Basic knowledge of software development processes (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
Communication Skills
Good communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders (clients, developers, designers).
Logical Thinking
Ability to analyze problems, ask the right questions and find appropriate solutions.
Tools
Know how to use project management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion...) and AI tools to optimize work.
Willingness to Learn
Ready to learn, absorb experience from Senior and not afraid of new challenges.
3. Roadmap and Policy
Probation Period (1 month)
Directly receive tasks for weekly competency and fit review.
- •During this period, if there is any incompatibility between parties, work will be considered to stop immediately.
- •Staff receive allowance based on actual working days (230,000 VND/day)
Official Period
Receive 100% fixed salary.
