1. Job Description
Create "Conversations"
Develop ideas and scripts for short videos (TikTok, FB Reels, YT Shorts) to introduce 19T's Outsourcing capabilities in a natural, friendly way.
Content Production
Directly shoot and edit basic videos using tools like CapCut, Canva...
Growth Hacking
Experiment with different content types to find the most suitable 'mood' to establish relationships with potential customers.
Engagement Management
Monitor and respond to comments, turning each comment into part of an interesting conversation to attract Leads.
AI Application
Use AI tools (company provides accounts) to optimize scriptwriting and image/video production processes.
2. Requirements
Mindset
Growth Hack mindset, not afraid to fail. Understand and love the philosophy of 'make friends first, sell later'.
Hard Skills
Know how to shoot and edit short videos at a basic level (using phone and editing apps).
Soft Skills
Good writing skills, tasteful word choice that creates goodwill.
Attitude
Proactive, curious and highly responsible for the products you create.
Time Commitment
Full-time work at the office (Binh Thanh District).
3. Roadmap and Policy
Internship Period (3 months)
Work directly with and report to CEO to learn about tech business operations and Growth Hack thinking.

- •Provided with licensed AI accounts for work.
Official Period
Opportunity to become a full-time employee if you demonstrate good ability to create 'conversion' from 'conversations'.
