1. Job Description
UI Polishing
Responsible for polishing UI for Website and Mobile systems based on existing designs; ensuring products achieve the highest level of smoothness, refinement and aesthetics.
Feature Development
Research and implement technical solutions to develop new feature modules on Web and Mobile App; apply automation to system operation processes.
Operations Maintenance
Receive and handle technical requests from customers, ensuring existing systems always operate stably and accurately.
2. Requirements
Technical Foundation
Basic knowledge of Javascript (ReactJS/NextJS) and PHP (Laravel). Experience with Mobile projects (React Native/Flutter); React Native experience is a plus.
Attention to Detail
High aesthetic standards; feel 'uncomfortable' when buttons are misaligned or icons have wrong colors; love creating beautiful and pixel-perfect products.
Logical Thinking
Ability to proactively ask 'what if...?' to find and thoroughly handle edge cases that may occur.
Tools
Proficient in using AI tools to optimize work efficiency and speed up product completion.
Willingness to Learn
Ready to listen and learn from practical experience and strictly follow technical standards to ensure the best output quality.
3. Roadmap and Policy
Probation Period (1 month)
Directly receive tasks for weekly competency and fit review.
- •During this period, if there is any incompatibility between parties, work will be considered to stop immediately.
- •Staff receive allowance based on actual working days (310,000 VND/day)
Official Period
Receive 100% fixed salary.
